The house offers plenty of space for both relaxation and togetherness. On the ground floor, you'll find a newly renovated kitchen that feels just like home. Here you'll find everything you need to prepare simple everyday meals or holiday treats: fully equipped with pots, pans, oven, dishwasher and essentials like cling film, foil, plastic bags and other handy supplies. It's easy to feel at home here, but with a holiday vibe! – perfect for long summer evenings. There is also a shower and toilet in a simple, functional style. Upstairs are two adjoining bedrooms – child-friendly with a safety gate. The upper floor is accessible via both an indoor and an outdoor staircase for convenience. Outside, a lovely terrace, barbecue area and green spaces invite you to play, relax and enjoy sunny days.

The beach is just 490 metres from the house. A pleasant five-minute morning walk will take you to one of Gotland's finest beaches. Gnisvärd beach forms the northern section of the popular Tofta Beach. Here, you'll find peace and quiet.
